Common questions about submitting
Most submissions are reviewed within 24-48 hours. Once approved, your club goes live on the directory immediately. If we need clarification on anything, we'll reach out via the email linked to your account.
Yes! If you create an account before submitting, the listing gets linked to your dashboard automatically. From there you can update schedules, photos, descriptions, and social links anytime. You can also claim an existing listing if your club is already on the site.
At minimum, just the club name and the area(s) where you meet. But the more detail you add — schedules, meeting points, descriptions, photos, social links — the more useful your listing will be for runners trying to find you.
Absolutely. Many clubs post run times weekly on Instagram or WhatsApp. Just add your social links and we'll flag your listing as having a flexible schedule so runners know to check your channels for the latest times.
Listing your club is completely free and always will be. The core directory — browsing, searching, and discovering clubs — is free for runners forever. We're working on a premium version with extra tools for organizers, but getting your club in front of LA's runners costs nothing.
Click the "Suggest a change" button on your club's page to report corrections. If you're the organizer, you can also claim the listing and manage it directly from your dashboard. We take accuracy seriously and act on corrections quickly.
