Club images uploaded through the submission form are stored in Supabase Storage. We retain submitted data for as long as necessary to operate the directory. You may request deletion of your submitted data by contacting us.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Google LLC — for Analytics, Maps, and Ads services
• Meta Platforms Inc. — for advertising measurement via Meta Pixel
• Supabase Inc. — for database and file storage infrastructure
• Netlify Inc. — for website hosting and CDN

All third-party processors are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

11. Club Listing Data

Information submitted through the club submission form — including club name, location, schedule, and social media links — will be publicly displayed on this Site if approved. By submitting a club, you confirm you have the authority to provide this information and consent to its public display. Club owners may request removal or correction of their listing at any time by contacting us.
