The group offers two distance options: a 5-mile run starting at 6:00 a.m. and a shorter 3-mile run beginning at 6:30 a.m., making it easy for runners of all levels to join. Known for its lighthearted energy and supportive atmosphere, Hot Mess Runners embraces the idea that running doesn’t have to be perfect to be enjoyable. With a mix of good vibes, a bit of chaos, and plenty of encouragement, the group creates a great way to start the week with movement, community, and coffee
